Why the quietest pack sold the most

Every direction looked good in a PDF. Only one survived a two-meter glance in a chiller.

We printed all three Hofmark directions on real bottles and put them on a borrowed supermarket shelf next to the national brands. Forty regulars walked past with a basket and a coffee voucher. We filmed hands, not faces.

The illustrated direction won every “which do you like?” question and lost every “which do you pick up?” moment. People trust a farm that doesn’t shout.
