Right of withdrawal

14 days for physical goods. For digital downloads the right expires when you expressly agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge the loss of the right (§ 356 (5) BGB). Model withdrawal form included.

VAT for digital products

Digital goods to EU consumers are taxed at the buyer’s country rate via the OSS scheme. Small-business exemption (§ 19 UStG) noted on invoices where applicable.
